We Break Down Financial Complexity

Since 2021, we've been teaching people how to actually understand industry financial analysis. Not just surface-level stuff — the kind of knowledge that helps you spot trends before they become obvious to everyone else.

Built From Real Frustration

We started because we were tired of courses that taught theory without context. The Australian financial landscape has its own quirks — regulations shift, market behaviors differ from global patterns, and local industries move to their own rhythm.

Our programs focus on actual analytical skills you can apply tomorrow. We don't promise overnight expertise or guaranteed career outcomes. Instead, we show you how to read financial statements the way experienced analysts do, how to interpret market signals that matter, and how to build a framework for ongoing learning.

Most of our students come to us after trying other programs. They tell us the difference is in the details — we explain the "why" behind every metric, not just the formulas.

How We Actually Teach This

Our methodology comes from four years of testing what works. We've refined our approach based on feedback from over 300 students who've gone through our programs.

Real Case Analysis

We use actual Australian company reports — not simplified examples. You'll work through the same documents professional analysts review, learning to identify what matters and what's just noise.

Progressive Complexity

Start with foundational concepts and gradually tackle more sophisticated analysis techniques. Each module builds on the previous one, so you're never overwhelmed but always challenged.

Peer Discussion

Learning happens when you defend your analysis to others who are equally skeptical. Our group sessions let you test your reasoning against different perspectives.

The People Behind the Programs

We're a small team. That's intentional. Every person who teaches for us has spent years working in financial analysis before transitioning to education. They know what it's like to be overwhelmed by data and uncertain about methodology.

Lead Instructor

Harlan spent twelve years analyzing mining and energy sectors before realizing he preferred teaching people how to think critically about financial data. He designed our core curriculum and still teaches most advanced modules.

Programs Start in September 2025

We're accepting applications for our autumn cohort now. Classes are deliberately small — we cap enrollment at 24 students per session to maintain the quality of interaction and feedback.
